I’d like to share a neat infographic that is so vitally important for kids today. I have an entire section devoted to “Kids Workouts” – also there is a section on Kids Martial Arts, Healthy Eating Guide section, and Heart Health.   With exercise, kids can do better in Math and Science, enhance motor skills and balance, and lay a good foundation for Adulthood.

It is vitally important for children to explore the sports activities (or other workouts) they might be interested in now, so they will set a pattern for the teen years and beyond.

If your child doesn’t appear interested in sports, they can look into Yoga or martial arts.
