Homeschooling Field Trips: Preschoolers
Homeschooling Field Trips are possible, even for the very young children. You’ll have to do most of the planning, but you can get a little input from your students, as well. You can choose outings suitable for a toddler, or preschooler – things that capture their attention (albeit Short attention span) such as a PETTING ZOO field trip, or an exploratorium, a puppet show, a trip to the Planetarium perhaps. 
Use your imagination to come up with inspired ideas. Consult with other Homeschooling Moms. In fact, you may even be able to throw in together (i.e., carpool on a homeschooling field trip) & save some money on the gas. Gas prices are real challenging now, so it can make sense !

You could also find a homeschooling mom in close proximity to you, and become friends. Then, when one of your students is having a birthday, you’d be able to invite the children belonging to the nearby homeschooling mom. I’m sure she’d appreciate this; and then, when one of her youngsters has a celebratory event, as well, she’ll probably include your kids.
